Lower Back Pain

Lower Back Pain is one of the most common and expensive musculo-skeletal disorders in the World. About 80% of adults will have LBP in their lifetime, many having their first episode before the age of 20.  85-95% of all back pain cases have no specific underlying cause and there remain many assumptions and misconceptions surrounding it.

Most of us opt for the 'quick fix' and then try to get on with life only to have a recurrence later on - without addressing the underlying issues. Why not get some of the underlying issues sorted and a stronger back for the future?



Back School - 5 week programme

This is a 5 week programe to help you resolve underlying issues contributing to chronic lower back pain.
During the course we will look at the causes, stages and interventions for back pain, and how the right exercise is one of the best interventions for chronic conditions. Then you will have a 1-1 assessment to define your individual exercise programme. Then we will meet in a small group (max 3) to go through the exercises twice per week to ensure that you get the benefits of reduced risk of back pain after 5 weeks

1:1 Personal Training for Management of Lower Back Pain

The right exercise has been shown to be one of the best ways of dealing with chronic lower back pain. I know what its like - Ive been there - and come back again. (I can show you the MRI scans).
This is the reason I trained to have a specialist exercise for lower back pain qualification so I could help people move on from this painful situation.
