Introduction to Finswimming
Finswimming, (swimming with a monofin) is the ideal core work out for water lovers.
Recognised by the IOC, Finswimming is the fastest swimming sport in the world. Regular competitions are held in the UK and throughout Europe.
I hold regular introductory sessions for individuals and small groups at the Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre Pool which will show you the techniques and allow you to try it.
Open Water Finswimming
Finswimming in open water is fantastic fun and you really getth ebenefit out of the speed you can travel.

Finswimming Coaching
Of course you can just enjoy finswimming for the ease and extra confidence swimming with fins can provide or I can help you with training programmes to improve your technique purely for recreation or take you up to competition performance. I am a qualified BFA club coach and trained at the St Petersburg Finswiming Academy.
I would be delighted to help you with finswimming. An introductory half hour session is free and after that my charges for 1-1 training are £25 for 30 minutes and £45 for an hour.
