Your Programme
 
The key to successfully meet your goals is to have a programme that takes you from your current situation to your destination.
 

We remove the guesswork from your training to ensure you get results:

  • not by working 'harder' or 'longer', or by 'counting to 10 while you do the same things over and over',
  • but by developing a detailed programme and working effectively and smarter so you can reach your goal in the shortest time.

 

The ability to move properly is fundamental to any fitness goal, whether you are a beginner, sports enthusiast or just wish to deal with the physical demands of everyday life. All our programmes start by ensuring that quality movement is established and then select activities that are specifically chosen to reach your goal. This might include soft tissue mobilisation or taping as well as exercise.

 

(Would you get in the car one day and drive about in an ad-hoc way to get 'somewhere' ? Or tune the engine when you had a wobbly wheel ?)

 

Our programmes typically follow three cycles of a 4 week period, with a minimum of

2 training sessions per week.

 

We start each 4 week period

 

with an assessment in order to measure progress and to orientate the programme. Each period and cycle increase intensity.

 

Each cycle has a slightly different emphasis starting with movement, then performance and then skill.

 



How does it happen ?

 

Once you have your programme, its up to you where and when you would like to do your training. You may wish to train:

  • on your own, and just come for the assessments and phone support
  • with us 1-1 and then 2 other times on your own
  • with us 3 times per week
  • at home, in the office or local studio
  • semi private**, in a local studio

 

** You are still following your individual targetted programme in semi-private training. The session is shared and has a maximum of 3 people, each following their own programme. This can work really well as you get the support and encouragement of working with 2 other people. It costs less too.

What does it cost ?

 

We wish to be totally transparent with you whats included and not included. Our aim is to make sure that you reach your goal in the fastest time and use our skills in programme design to get there quickly and safely.

 

The key to your success is the targetted programme we generate for you. This takes all the guesswork out of your training and womdering what to do. We review it with you as we go along.

 

As your training is based upon a 3 x 4 week periods, we have worked out a monthly level of investment for you, that can be paid in a number of ways.

 

Each month we spend a whole session with you reviewing your programme, body stats and nutrition. Then its up to you how much you would like to train on your own.

Per monthly Programme Period 1-1:                                                                
Includes: Initial health-check, blood pressure, lung expiration,

              monthly body dimensions and composition (body-stat),

              monthly movement analysis (FMS and function),

              4 week updated rolling programme,

              PLUS monthly review session included 

              monthly nutrition analysis,

              log book + online log book
              Home / Gym / Private Studio. (includes studio/gym hire and equipment for home)

1  exercise session per month + above                                    £  80  pm

4  exercise session per month + above                                    £ 195 pm

8  exercise session per month + above                                    £ 315 pm

12 exercise session per month + above                                   £ 360 pm

Per monthly Programme Period Semi-Private (3 persons max):                     

Includes: Initial health-check, blood pressure, expiration,

              monthly body dimensions and composition (body-stat),

              monthly movement analysis (FMS and function),

              PLUS monthly review session included 

              4 week updated rolling programme,

              monthly nutrition analysis,

              log book + online log book
              Home / Gym / Private Studio. (includes studio/gym hire and equipment for home).

12 semi-private sessions per month                                       £ 235 pm                  

Bespoke are also programmes available to suit your busy lifestyle.

For example, if you spend significant time away from home, or some time at home, we can generate a programme to use whatever facilities you may have available to you.

 

Corporate Event training by arrangement.

Options: There are 2 options that you can include in your programme:

 

Metabolic Profile for 12 week programme                                                      £165 

This accurately measures your body's use of stored fat and sugars throughout its activity range. We use this information to train and develop your energy systems for endurance or fat loss over a 12 week period.
(Resting Metabolic Rate, Exercise Metabolic Rate, threshold, 12 week CV programme, report)
(Bike and Running Assessment combined £ 235)

 

Cycling Pedal Stroke, Power and Efficiency Analysis                                     £115

This accurately measures your pedalling efficiency, optimum cadence, imbalances, dead spots, sustained power and video capture of your movements.

Assessment lasts 1-2 hours using own bike and are used to enhance your programme
(2 assessments with written report and one 5 weeks training plan.)
Regular testing by arrangement.
