i3Log
i3Log is a web based online training log, courtesy of ideal3 (www.ideal3.co.uk). The i3Log allows you to record and monitor your training progress (e.g. bike, run, swim, row, gym and nutrition) whether your following one of our programmes or your own.
A calendar allows you to view when your sessions are or how you did - you can pre-plan sessions and record the results after the session.

A graphing feature allows you to plot data by type of session and date range to view heart rate and calorie trends.
An iPhone compatible interface allows you to record your progress directly as you train.
If you have had one of our a metabolic profiles done, you can enter the results of the profiling and keep an accurate record of the number of calories burned as you go !
